Girls I Really Like: Mischa Barton

Mischa Barton, most known as Marissa from the TV show O.C. is one of my favorite celebrities as a fashion icon. I love her soft angelical style and her natural beauty as well as her sense of style.

How do I define her style? I think it’s absolutely a hippie chic style and very minimalist. Being an actress and famous, she already had the opportunity of creating her own bags collection and clothing line.

Even with some missteps in her life (Mischa was arrested for DUI and suffered from depression) I really hope to keep seeing this gorgeous actress and her cute style.

Animal sweaters

I love the new trend of using animals in sweaters. I mean, the animal print is a trend for a long time, but now what we see is animal faces and not the pattern as you can understand.

I already talked about the Givenchy Rottweiler t-shirt that was a huge success all over the world but with the cold let’s forget about t-shirts and concentrate in warm and fluffy sweaters.

The difficult thing here is to choose among several cute animals from cats, wolves, zebras and many others. Honestly want I really want is one of each!

Just in: Black long skirt and two-tone cord sweater

As you may have noticed I’m addicted to the long skirts. My new acquisition is a black one from Stradivarius and I have a feeling my pantone collection won´t end soon.
Not enough for the day I stop at Pull and Bear and bought this cute two-tone cord sweater that I think will do a great combination along with the skirt.

Men You Shouldn’t Ignore: Matthew Fox

Most of you are thinking: Oh the dude from Lost! Yes it´s true that this gentleman is very famous for her role in the hit series Lost but the first high-profile series that he has been to was in the Party of five TV show. I loved this show and of course “Charlie” the older brother played by Matthew. This was the show that turned him into a TV star.

Not sure what I like the most in Matthew, who if you don’t know has passed the line of 45 years old, but it´s probably his intense eyes.

In the show Lost he was fierce and with his physique in a great shape!! Common look at him and tell me he is not a hottie??

In 2007, at the Oscar ceremony, Nicole Kidman showed up with this beautiful Balenciaga dress. Since then is considered one of the best looks of the actress who already had several appearances on the red carpet.
The dress was so successful that comes to be elected as one of the most memorable dresses used in the event.

Personally I believe that in fact it is one of the most fashionable dresses at the Oscars and Nicole Kidman has the ideal figure for such a dress. In fact this could have been a fiasco if used by someone else, but in Nicole´s body was the icing on top of the cake.

Burgundy: the color of this Fall

Ready for the color of the Fall? But what is this burgundy color? It’s nothing more than a dark red, maroon, that now everyone calls burgundy. This name comes from the Burgundy wine. This wine is a red wine that comes from the Burgundy region of France.

After this rhetoric explanation let’s go to what really matters… the stores are full of clothes, shoes and accessories with this color. If you don’t have yourself your burgundy pieces I bet it won’t take long. I know you will have at least one in your closet!
