Espadrilles – Make your choice from €9.39 to €485

I made my mind! This year I will buy Espadrilles!

Last year I saw my friends buying espadrilles for them or for their boyfriends, and I was very tempted to buy me a pair (wouldn’t buy for him cause he wouldn’t definitely wear it J ) but I reached the end of the season without buying any.

At that time I thought “next year I will buy a pair to go to the beach” but this year I have decided that yes I will buy espadrilles but for day-to-day!

My dream ones are the Chanel but I believe I won’t spend around 500 dollars no matter how cool it is, no way José! Stores are full of espadrilles, at great prices and prints.

Nevertheless here are some ideas from €9.39 to €485.

Ripped jeans

You can buy it like this or you can pick some old jeans you have in your closet and just rip it yourself. The trend this year is that we need to have at least one pair of ripped jeans!

I was a little bit undecided because in one hand I think spending money in a garment that is damage is a little bit too much but in other hand I don’t really have old jeans that I don’t mind to rip even if it’s just to make a test.

So I´m going to buy a pair that is already ripped off, I think it’s worth the investment, after all is so trendy right now and I don’t have to be worried about doing something and then be pissed with myself J

In my language, Alma means soul, and I think that for Louis Vuitton the meaning might be somehow similar because these bags are elixir for our souls J

Alma has been around for many years but now they came with an explosion of colors that will make costumer’s heads spin just to decide what color to choose.

Mine is already in a loop so let me buy a lottery ticket and who knows… J

I love every single one but I have to tell you my favorites are the Mango skirt, the Zara blazer and the Zara handbag.

I can’t wait to wear all of it, well not at the same time of course …J

MTV Music Videos Awards 2013: ugly choices

The bad taste ruled in the MTV Music Awards this year. I don’t know what happened with these people, did everyone fire their stylists?

Some more expected than others (I think no one expects to see Kesha with a nice looking outfit) the truth is not even Kylie Minogue with that gorgeous body of hers showed up looking good.

It’s a funny event where normally celebrities can have more fun with their looks but this is a little too much don’t you agree?

- Hayley Williams is known for her punk style but this is looking like a clown, everything from the hair to the boots is looking horrible. Kesha, well she is known for always looking bad and it’s just one more day in her life anyways.

- I don’t know who these two people are and after looking at these pictures I don’t really want to know.

- Chloe Moretz is super cute but I think she was going to Coachella and at the last minute changed her mind. It’s a cute dress but not for this event.

The other girl dress though is so ugly I can’t even understand ifs its only one piece dress or if she has a kind of jacket… yuck!

- I can’t believe it’s Kylie Minogue in this picture! What is happening to this diva? She looks old, the makeup is not flattering her and not the dress either.

Selena is one of the prettiest girls on the business but she looks like she is going to the cha cha cha competition. Don’t like the dress and the hair, she should embrace her youth and have some fun.

Coachella is more than a music festival and we all know that. It has become a fashion spot where everybody embraces the hipster style.

I have never been there but it’s just like I go there every year. I look at the pictures; I try to get ideas for summer festivals, and I feel I belong to this great community of fashion and music lovers J

Lemon Fever

When I was writing this post I was going to name it yellow fever, then I changed to lemon fever because it’s much more than yellow. And I mean this because there are so many choices for this color trend that what it’s yellow for me can be lime or even green to others. So here we have, lemons can have this range of colors right? Skinny rings

It's so funny and interesting how suddenly something becomes a trend. The skinny rings for instance just popped up and no one knows exactly how or why this trend started.

Everything becomes even more interesting when the trend in this case includes not only using the rings where supposedly is normal to but also in the fingertips.

I love skinny rings but I confess I didn’t get used to use them in my fingertips. Do you like it? How to use these rings?
