Beanie Hats

I´m not a hat fan and it’s something I barely talk on here but I have to admit it that hats can be a fun a trendy accessory. The problem about me and hats is that I think they look horrendous on me. I’m sure the problem is in me and not in the hats though.

Some people look great and so fashionable wearing hats and it’s not an expensive accessory at all. Today I will bring some beanie hat choices. With the winter season they can be useful and cute at the same time. As you know beanies are no longer only a sailor or fishermen accessory, today this kind of hat is used everywhere and by every status.

Girls I Really Like: Alexa Chung

When I first heard about Alexa Chung I thought “why do so many people love this girl? She is not that special!” I was wrong of course.
Alexa is special, and mainly because of her very natural beauty and of course her style. She doesn’t need to be too pretty to stand up, she doesn’t need to be always glamorous to look fashion, and she keeps her cool breeze even being on the spotlight. She is the personification of a modern city woman that so many brands try to go after in order to sell.

She started as a model but it was as TV presenter and fashion journalist that came out. She is always in the front row of fashion weeks and is often considered one of the best dressed celebrities.
It´s her cool mood that eventually captivated me. It is not easy to maintain the serenity when you are always in the spotlight of fashion trends. She is still the girl next door but with expensive clothes, famous designer friends, and with a Mulberry bag named after her, “the Alexa bag”.

Wrap presents with your magazines or newspapers

Don’t you ever feel tired of the same wrapping paper everyone uses in the Christmas presents? Why don’t use old magazines or newspapers and wrap your own gifts? I was thinking about it the other day and besides saving money we can use old magazines we no longer need and make some original wraps.

I’m not a big DYI person but common this one anyone can do it! Even I do!

Romeo Beckham for Burberry

Like father lime son! Following his parent’s footsteps, Romeo, Beckham´s second child is the new star of Burberry´s Spring/Summer 2013 campaign. Photographed by Mario Testino, 10 year old Romeo is wearing the famous Burberry trench coat and an umbrella in a very charming Fred Astaire pose.

From all Beckham´s kids, Romeo is the most David look alike and we can see that by the cuteness of this campaign.

Just in: Bimba y Lola new purchases

I love my new purchases from Bimba y Lola. It´s has been one of my favourite stores for some time and I don’t regret anything I bought there, the quality of the materials are good and they can always innovate maintaining the classic style they are recognize for.

Another thing I love about this store is that they currently do private sales for the costumers. Trying to take some advantage of the Christmas sales, from the 9^th to the 13^th of December, I just got this black leather purse and this leopard wallet.

The story of Louis Vuitton´s Speedy 25 is long but the brand has been trying to keep this classic model up to date through different materials, monograms, etc. The latest adaptation of Speedy Monogram Empreinte is the Monogram Empreinte – the first icon to join this subtly sophisticated calf leather line, whose embossed Monogram pattern is the symbolic imprint of Louis Vuitton’s heritage and craftsmanship.

The bag is adorable and conjuncts the classic styles with a conteporanean touch.
